Spacetide

This is the documentation book for the interactive installation «space tide». The idea was to visualise the activity of people, who are interacting in a room by an interactive installation. To visualise this activity I choose the movement of water. So the animation gets as active as people who are the the same space. With sensors at the door, I was able to get the information, how many people are actually in the room, so that a computer with software programend in Director, were able to choose the right animation.

The book was made afterwards to document the work in a proper way. The technical equipment of the installation was used to guide the viewer graphically trough the book. In 14 pages I explain the main aspects of the installation, like idea, theoretical background, construction and realisation, scenarios.
